I own a small bag that is foil lined. It can be used as a cooler or lunch tote. The inside foil liner is letting lose all around the top. It appears the liner was too short to fit in the stitching of the zipper. I called CS and was told there was nothing that could be done since it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt. These bags cost way too much to not have a better return policy. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/e6/17/11/e61711e82190ee677f6185b8a6c3fc22.jpg
My FAVORITE product from Thirty-One Gifts is the Fashion Games purse in Cognac Woods Pebble. I have used this purse exclusively for over a year and a half. It has doubled as my briefcase and carried my laptop on several flights to Atlanta and California and I use it around town as my everyday purse. I love the slouchy style, the roomy interior and the small inside pockets where I can put my phone or keys and not lose them. After near daily use, this product is showing very little wear.  Originally this item cost $98 but it’s now available as an online extra for $58 plus tax and shipping. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/ac/a4/6e/aca46e1ab69fa4b75fdaf1da621d8448---ideas-sharpies.jpg

The archetypal tote is made of sturdy cloth, perhaps with thick leather at its handles or bottom; leather versions often have a pebbled surface. Common fabrics include heavy canvas, possibly dyed, or treated to resist moisture and mold. Jute is another traditional material, though less popular. In recent decades, heavy nylon and other easy-care synthetics have become common, although these may degrade with prolonged sun-exposure. Many of today's inexpensive or free totes are often made from recycled matter, from minimally-processed natural fibers, or from byproducts of processes that refine organic materials. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/df/8c/50/df8c50fb53e10d0ee23c07668231bcda.jpg

A 2014 study of U.S. consumers found that the 28% of respondents who own of reusable bags forgot them on approximately 40% of their grocery trips and used them only about 15 times each before being discarded. About half of this group typically chose to use plastic bags over reusable ones, despite owning reusable bags and recognizing their benefits.[2] An increasing number of jurisdictions have mandated the phase-out of lightweight plastic bags to reduce land and ocean pollution. In order to provide an incentive for consumers to remember reusable bags more often these laws establish a minimum price for bags at checkout and require either paper, reusable fabric tote bags, or thick reusable plastic bags. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/6f/80/18/6f801801e945d56de2b2876e72c74771.jpg
